Friends of the Society
Totara Hospice
Tōtara Hospice, as a local charity, provides free multi-disciplinary, specialist holistic palliative care services to the districts of south and southeast Auckland. As a member of the End-of-Life Choice Society we host assisted dying services for eligible patients who wish to access this legal choice, supporting them to access this in a seamless way, and continue to care for them and their whānau/families up until death and beyond.

Fare-Well Trust
Fare-well Trust's intention is to bring palliative care of our loved ones back home to the community, assisting patients resident in the Marlborough Sounds with their end of life wishes and to ensure that patients die comfortably, with dignity and in the place of their choice. We have a purpose built facility in the beautiful Mahau Sound available as an Assisted Dying Unit for you and your whanau to build memories before and including the final day.
